My interest in photography came at a very young age, but I didn't realize it then. I just knew I loved photos and the stories they tell.

   It wasn't until my 30th birthday that I got my first digital camera. It was a gift from my husband and family. Even then I didn't dive full force into the actual concept of creating art. In 2012 I took a photography class at my local collage. It was then my true journey began. 

    I have loved everything about it. Being able to capture moments in time, allowing life to unfold with framed portraits on the wall, or the beauty the world has to offer printed on a greeting card still amazes me everyday. 

   Being a photographer has allowed for me to meet some very wonderful people, learn of their stories, and capture that moment in time for them.
